Bemidji roots playwright , Wil Hart , now based in New York City is bringing his original stage play ~~ " The Poets " back home for 2 staged reading performances only on August 2-3 at 7:30 PM at the Wild Rose Theater in Puposky , MN .
The story ( partially inspired by a walking play by Tiger Lion Arts called "Nature" which showcased the lives of literary luminaries Emerson and Thoreau ) & which was held on our rural campus , was set to full play development when Wil researched further the life of Margaret Fuller and her peers .

Patty Lester's participation in the theater world extends from cooking madrigal fare and setting her hair on fire, to playing a gender reversal role in
"Fiddler", portraying Queen Isabella in "Turtle Island Blues ", being on the board of two active local theater groups, box office manager, and general "go for " and finder of "things", that may have eluded others. As her son has said, "going to a production I see things on stage that will return to the house when the play is finished”. Patty co-founded M&R in 2006 .
